The purpose of this procurement is to secure a supplier/partner to work closely with CITB staff to deliver an event management service, widening CITB’s circle of influence within the industry and create meaningful two-way engagement at events.
Key business requirements are listed below:
•Act in lieu of an in house events team, to provide a complete event management service, from brief, through to delivery and evaluation.
•Plan and deliver events across all three nations (England, Scotland and Wales)
•Develop close working relationship with CITB stakeholder departments and CITB partner agencies.
•Create meaningful two-way engagement with delegates at events
•Co-creation of CITB Events strategy, as the events partner agency, including providing strategic and tactical advice
•Account management available 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
•Reporting – weekly highlights to update CITB on progress of all events in planning phase, including risks and opportunities
