– voluntary benefits;
– insured benefit broking;
– financial and lifestyle education products;
– benefits promotion and education.

The successful provider must be able to provide all the services and benefits above and will be able to demonstrate how its solutions have improved the employee experience in previous client implementations whilst also having had a positive impact on employee engagement and productivity.
