Estate Cleaning includes both Internal and External Services. Further information on the requirements and relevant standards are available in the Specification Schedule 2.
The anticipated Contract Commence Date is 25th November 2024.
Wandle proposes to enter one contract for an initial period of 48 months with the preferred Economic Operator, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 month making 60 months in total.
Any proposed extension is subject to satisfactory performance by the Economic Operator and in accordance with WHA’s business requirements.
Any proposed extension to the contract will be agreed in writing between WHA and the Economic Operator.
The budget for this contract is £3,146,000 in its entirety (exclusive of VAT). Please Note: WHA reserves the right to reject any Tender Responses that are over budget without further evaluation.
