Short Description: | The Library is seeking to appoint a professional supplier to fulfil its Estates Maintenance contract. It is envisaged that the initial term of the contract will be 5 years, with an optional extension period of up to 5 years. The contract shall be awarded in its entirety and will not be let in lots due to the economic and practical efficiencies presented by a single contract delivery model. Scope
