It is expected that interested parties/bidders will be able to demonstrate the experience of delivering Application Support and Delivery in similar environments as well as a flexible approach to technology and applications used. The services will be delivered 24/7 x 365. It is expected that the vendor will provide all Transition Planning Support needed to provide their services.
