Scope
Description: The objective of this framework is to provide technical support services to WRAP and to other organisations with which WRAP is involved, primarily local authorities in England, Northern Ireland and Wales although there may be some opportunities during the life of the framework to support on the delivery of work outside of the United Kingdom.
