Services included will need to work across a multitude of housing tenure types. Please note this could change during the duration of the framework: General Needs, Care & Support, Leaseholder, Market Rent, Commercial
Properties, Student Lets. The services required under call-off contracts will predominantly be for sites/properties located in Greater London; however, sites/properties may also be located in other counties in the South East or East of England. There is also the option for relevant capital investment works to be issued under this Lot.
