The CCS RM6099 framework follows the Council's procurement approach hierarchy, namely that frameworks meeting the Council’s needs should be evaluated first and selected when feasible. The new contract would introduce advanced equipment, enhancing the Borough's ability to manage MTCs efficiently and effectively.
