The estimated amount of this contract is between £900,000 and £1million. The contract shall comprise the removal of belongings from the Wheatley Groups' social housing and domestic customers’ from their existing residence or place of work to either a permanent relocation address or to storage. The supplier will also include in their bid the cost of arranging a disposal service to remove previous tenants’ belongings, as and when required. The supply and delivery of disposal boxes is also a provision of the contract to be included within the supplier's bid. Occasionally there will be a need for these services on an emergency basis. The supplier will also include within their bid a cost to remove, store and dispose of items from commercial properties .
