The minimum insurance requirements were: £5,000,000.00 Employer's Liability Insurance and £1,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance. The value of this contract was anticipated to be £540,000 over 6 years, or £90,000 per annum. The initial contract is for the period of 2 years with the options to extend for 2 further periods of 2 years (2 + 2 + 2 = 6).
