II.2.4) Description of the procurement: The Lot 2 service will consist of the maintenance of unmetered commercial / Communal eating systems, HMOC and all domestic systems within properties such as a care and support environment, temporary housing, keyworkers schemes, student lets and market rent. Domestic properties will follow the same principals of Lot 1, such as Gas 3 star and Electric / other heating 1 star.
Commercial heating will have enhanced PPM requirements, block and plant room level metering requirements and continuous efficiency improvements.
