4. Description: Fire-alarm system installation work. Basildon Borough Council wishes to appoint an NICEIC Approved Contractor to supply, install and maintain a 4 loop analogue addressable single stage fire alarm system installed to comply with BS5839 type L2 and L5 at each of the following three sheltered schemes: Spencer’s Court Residential Home; Helmores Court Residential Home; Thornton Way Residential Home
