The FM Service provision is expected to expand during the lifetime of the contract to include sub- services without changing the character of the individual services described as follows;

Barts Health NHS Trust has a turnover of £1.25 billion and a workforce of 15,000, Barts Health is the largest NHS trust in the country, and one of Britain’s leading healthcare providers. We have six hospitals which deliver high quality compassionate care to the 2.5 million people of east London and beyond.

This OJEU procurement relates to a range of the Trust’s Soft FM services as set out. The Project is intended to specifically result in an award of business in respect of the BARTS HEALTH current property portfolio however it is anticipated that changes will occur with disposals as well as possible future acquisitions of properties and in addition other property that may fall under the Trusts future responsibilities.       The Trust provides general and specialist services to to an exceptionally high standard serving patients locally in London and patients from throughout the UK and abroad. BARTS HEALTH NHS Trust is seeking a Soft Facilities Management Service Provider to work with the Trust to deliver its Soft FM services to provide high quality value for money. In addition the Trust is seeking bids for one or more Lots as listed within the suite of OJEU Procurement documents and summarised below;
