      Grounds-maintenance equipment. For the Provision of Grounds Maintenance Materials. The contract is split into nine lots as follows,
Lot 1 – Supply and Delivery of Herbicides (Total and Selective)
Lot 2 – Supply and Delivery of Fertilisers
Lot 3 – Supply and Delivery of Fungicides
Lot 4 – Supply and Delivery of Turf
Lot 5 – Supply and Delivery of Grass Seed
Lot 6 – Supply and Delivery of Pitch Liner
Lot 7 – Supply and Delivery of Top Dressing
Lot 8 – Supply and Delivery of Bunker Sand
Lot 9 – Supply and Delivery of Bark Products
Tenderers may apply for one or more complete lot. Tenderers who wish to be considered for a lot must provide prices for all items in that lot.
The proposed contract duration is for a period of two years with two additional one year extension options.
The estimated value over a potential four year contract is £1,760,000.00. The value provided is indicative only, based on historical spend. The Council does not warrant or guarantee this expenditure shall be realised throughout the duration of this contract.
