The machinery is essential for End Point Assessment as current machines do not meet with Awarding Body requirements. As the machines will be 2nd hand there will not be any warrantees.

   lawful, by stating the relevant facts and, as appropriate, the conclusions of law in accordance with the directive: (500 words maximum)
   CITB have already ran an Open Procurement for this tender with no viable bids received..In order to carry out their core business of training students CITB will be directly awarding Mervyn Lambert the contact as CITB do not believe running a second competitive tendering exercise, using public money, will provide additional value to the taxpayer and would therefore be redundant.
