The main plant room is located on the roof area and the building is served by a passenger lift. The building is owned by HCA and is home to approx. 170 staff. Operational hours are on a Monday to Friday basis between the hours of 7am to 7pm.

St George’s House, Gateshead is a refurbished office building that was built in 1937 and extends to 3300 sq. metre over ground, first and second floors. The main plant room is located in the basement area where a diesel back generator is housed. The building is owned by HCA and is home to approx. 170 staff. Operational hours are on a Monday to Friday basis between the hours of 7am to 7pm.

One Piccadilly, Manchester is a modern office building that was built in 2003 and extends to 949 sq. metres over part 4th floor in a multi tenanted building. The main plant room is located on the roof area and access is via the Landlords current FM provider Carillion. The building is leased by HCA and is home to approx. 90 staff. Operational hours are on a Monday to Friday basis between the hours of 7am to 7pm. Please note the lease on this property is set to expire on 1st January 2015.
