      Repair and maintenance services of security equipment. The University CCTV system has over 500 cameras which are connected to 60 dedicated micro DVR recorders on site. The images are sent over the Universities own network and monitored by the University security department within their offices at both the Streatham and St Lukes Campus.

The system is used for crime prevention, public safety and traffic management around the campus sites. It also undertakes a key role in providing a safe working/studying environment for staff and students.

The University requires the successful supplier to be able to provide a high quality maintenance service which minimises camera downtime to enable it to deliver the level of service required. During the life of the contract the University may require the successful supplier to undertake install works for new camera locations.
