VII.2) Information about modifications

   VII.2.1) Description of the modifications:
    Due to unforeseen circumstances, Gentoo needed to increase the work awarded via the framework agreement. This contract has been modified to increase the overall contract value to accommodate the unforeseen work as per regulation 72.

         Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
   
   Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
    Due to unforeseen circumstances, Gentoo needed to increase the work awarded via the framework agreement. The scope of supply has not changed however volumes of work have, as this is a framework agreement we have multiple suppliers to call from who can supply the required works with the additional capacity and to ensure continuity of service and safety to our tenants, a mobilisation period of switching suppliers may cause safety issues due to the compliance nature of the works.
