The service provider will need to analyse the BA data and reports to formulate a maintenance schedule which is proportionate to the issues identified. They will also need to provide the PPM visits.
An initial provision of four days per month is required to interpret the BA reports and resolve issues that are resolvable remotely, if appropriate.
This lot does not include the provision of the BA software or is it for the Bureau service, these are purchased separately.
