      II.2.4) Description of the procurement: Forestry Commission is in the process of implementing its energy and infrastructure programme to transition from fossil fuel derived energy to renewable energy. Over the last few years, we have recorded Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and now need to assess our Scope 3 impacts and establish our overall carbon footprint. Following on from the UK governments’ commitments from the Paris Agreement, which aims to keep global average temperature well below 1.5 degrees centigrade, Forestry Commission needs to establish what we need to do to contribute to the government's goals
