The scope of this framework is for the provision of an insurance provider to deliver the Northern Housing Consortium's (NHC) ‘SIMPLE’ brand of Tenant Contents Insurance to current and future members of the NHC via our appointed brokers Marsh Ltd.
The primary objective of SIMPLE is to provide tenants who live in social accommodation access to insurance services that are affordable, easy to understand and appropriate to the tenants needs. The intention is that this is provided by one supplier through portfolio underwriting.
