The council wishes to commission a 70 hours per week non-accommodation based service (Floating Support) for victims of domestic abuse. The provider will be expected to deliver support flexibly to individuals in their “own” accommodation (permanent and temporary) or at community based venues for access to Self Led Support. The provider will be required to organise and publicise details of these venues to all current service users which will be updated on a regular basis.
