Medray have the benefit of a spare parts agreement with Carestream.
Medray’s engineers have been trained directly by the manufacturer to ensure the engineer is competent to maintain the equipment, is authorised and certified to maintain and repair the equipment by manufacturer, as is a stated requirement in the Instructions for use (IFU) for these medical devices.
