The scope of this tender process is the appointment of a contractor to undertake the dry-docking and repair of the THV Alert. This Invitation to Tender process is to be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 and current E.U. procurement legislation. A Restricted Procedure Notice, ref. 2013/S XXX-XXXXXX/EN is to be published on Friday 3rd May 2013, in the Official Journal of European Union (OJEU), in respect to this requirement. All participants to this process will be required to complete this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and forward it to the contact provided on Page 4. Following the evaluation of the PQQ responses a final field of tender will be selected to participate in the Invitation to Tender stage. This field of tender is anticipated to include no more than six participants and selection will be based on the scores assigned during this process. Participating tenderers should be aware that this pre-qualification process and the subsequent Invitation to Tender will be subject to the UK Government’s policy on transparency.
