Each property has a HIU or control pipework & associated components controlling the heating & hot water demand for the resident. Alongside the heating and hot water controls, each property has an energy meter & pre-pay unit that charges the resident on the energy used, this metering equipment & associated remedial works will be carried out by another specialist contractor. |
