Quotations are requested on a 3 year long term agreement with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The Council are willing to look at different options e.g. 5 year long term agreement, 3 year with 2 one year options etc.
The dates detailed within the notice are provided for information purposes only and maybe subject to change. Contracts are to be awarded on an initial 3 year period with an option to extend for a further 2 years to produce a 5 year contract in total.
Under the total scope the range of the contract value is based over the initial 1 year period of the contract. Tenderers are required to leave their bids open for a minimum of 90 days from the date of the receipt of tenders. Tenders will be opened by Leicester City Council in line with the Councils own internal procurement rules.
