We currently undertake Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) to identify essential safety & prevention works which results in works being required to improve the safety of our residents. We are considering establishing some longer term contracts so that they are delivered in the most efficient way and with customer care at the heart of delivery. As yet, we have not determined the best way to package these works and so this market engagement is intended for both "Contractors" & "Consultants" who may be interested in this future programme of works. The SMT will seek to find out more information from the market in terms of current best practice, contract packaging, pricing mechanisms, forms of contract & other aspects such as social value.
