The contract requires tenders to be submitted by OFSTED registered independent schools to offer up to 25 Pathway Development Centres for KS4 pupils from a location not more than 1 hour's road journey from the centre of Stockton Borough. The restriction on distance is to ensure that the pupils attending the provision will not have lengthy journeys to and from the provision.
