      Scottish Water is seeking to appoint strategic contractor partners to support deliver of its planned, lower value, generally non-complex capital investment projects, including refurbishment and replacement requirements. We are also seeking to appoint strategic contractor partners to support delivery of our operational reactive repair requirements. The frameworks will be awarded for 2021-27, with extension options, at client discretion based on business requirements, up to 2033. Scottish Water intends to award contracts under this framework in 4 Lots:

      Strategic contractor partners are required to provide expertise, guidance, support and resources in design, planning, management and delivery for the provision of Repair & Maintenance for Infrastructure Water and Waste Water refurbishment, responsive and operational repair services on a pan Scotland basis, including Islands. The services vary in nature from reactive or responsive based on customer or operational needs through to planned programmes of works. Services will require to be provided during normal working hours as well as out of hours and including weekends. To aid efficient resource management by our strategic contractor partners, an appropriate level of lower value civils/infrastructure projects will be routed through the partners for delivery. Value ranges are based on FY18/19 prices and as such, these values will be subject to indexation over the duration of the agreement. Estimated value for Lot 1 excluding VAT is in the region of between 650 000 000 – 900 000 000 GBP.
