The Service Provider shall provide fully comprehensive cover for all lift installations, based on a program of work designed to act in addition to the Service Providers' own procedures and experience, to ensure the best level of preventative care and continued maintenance is achieved. The Service also requires 365 day a year, 24 hours a day priority based breakdown/call-out cover.
