      The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) is issuing this Prior Information Notice in order to invite Mechnical, Electrical and Public Health contractors to an industry day to present the new Stratford Waterfront Cultural and Education Development which comprises:
- Sadler's Wells Theatre,
- BBC Concert Studios,
- London College of Fashion (University of the Arts London), and
- The Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) (including the Smithsonian).

      The LLDC will be delivering the project using a construction management approach.

The contract opportunities for Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health are:
1. V&A, approximate contract value of £8m GBP.
2. University of the Arts London (London College of Fashion), approximate contract value of £32m GBP.
3. BBC Concert Studios & Sadler's Wells, approximate contract value of £18m GBP.

The Contracting Authority will host an Industry Day on 6 February 2018 to present the project, MEP contract opportunities followed by a Q&A’s.
