An enabling works package will be procured in advance of the main contract to complete services diversions, soil stabilisation works, demolition of existing skate park and creation of the new bell mouth entrance to the west of the site. We anticipate this being on site between January and end of March 2019.

The existing skate park is being re located to the south of the site under a separate contract, with completion being expected by the end of 2018.

Pool filtration and splash pad specialist are currently being procured and will be included in the tender documents. The existing leisure centre will remain fully operational for the duration of the main contract.
