In advance of 2020 we want to engage with any experienced provider, at any scale, who can help to shape the delivery of service components of the future Driving Theory Test Service, including the provision of:

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:
In advance of September 2020 the DVSA want to think innovatively about how the Driving Theory Test Service could be delivered in the future. We want to consider new, innovative and engaging ways of delivering the service, which aligns with our strategic vision, future proofs delivery as technology evolves and diversifies our supplier base. This PIN release represents the first stage of the DVSA’s market engagement activities around the Future Driving Theory Test Service.
The DVSA has identified, and would like to explore, a variety of options for the future delivery of the Driving Theory Test Service, and is now seeking to engage with the market to help shape these options and to ascertain the markets capability, capacity and appetite to deliver the main service components of the future Driving Theory Test Service. Interested suppliers are asked to register their interest with the DVSA Procurement Team (Procurement.branch@dvsa.gov.uk) using the subject line ‘FTTS Market Engagement’.
