   II.2.4) Description of the procurement:       
      The hearing loss assessments, hearing aid fittings and aftercare as part of a Direct Access Audiology Service. Further details are in the service specification. Interested bidders must register on Pro-Contract (https://procontract.due-north.com/Login) and express an interest to access the ITT and the online questionnaire.

In AQP process bidders who complete the accreditation process to (a) demonstrate capability and capacity to deliver the service and (b)accept the standard NHS contract and (c) accept the tariff price will be qualified and offered the standard NHS contract. The indicative contract value of £1,250,000 is the cost of the service rather than any individual contract value, as it will be spread across multiple providers. There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum level of activity. Payments will be based on the actual activity delivered. The contract will be for 3 years with an option to extend for another 3 years.
