   II.1.4) Short Description: Tenders are invited for a framework for the repair and maintenance of public buildings open to North West Leicestershire District Council and Charnwood Borough Council (‘framework customers’).

The framework contract is to be split into five lots:
(1)Building
(2)Electrical
(3)Mechanical / plumbing
(4)Decorating
(5)Roofing

Supplier’s responses will be marked in accordance with the award criteria, and as a result a ranking will be determined for suppliers in each lot. The framework contract will be awarded to suppliers ranked one (1), two (2) and three (3) in each lot.

The options for customer to access the framework are being sent as an update to the specification in the Delta eSourcing system.
