      The successful Contractor should be capable of supporting Contracting Authorities with specific Fire and Intruder Alarm and Fire Protection Equipment (including Emergency Lighting) requirements including, but not limited to, the requirements detailed below which may expand as new members join.The main elements covered by this framework will be:

ALARMS – Installation, Service and Maintenance of Fire and Intruder Alarms
FIRE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT – Installation, Service and Maintenance for Fire Extinguishers, Hose Reels, Fire Blankets, Dry and Wet Risers, Automatic Opening Vent Systems (AOV), Manual Opening Vent Systems (MOV)
EMERGENCY LIGHTING – Installation, Service and Maintenance for emergency lighting systems

      Due to the wide spread locations of EEM Contracting Authorities, the Framework will be split into the following core regional Lots. Contractors are permitted to tender for any number and mixture of Lots. However, please consider the resources you have available and only apply for Lots that you have the capacity to provide the required service level. Consideration should be given to the eventuality that you may secure a place on all lots applied.

Lot 2 - Lincolnshire
Lot 3 - Leicestershire and Northamptonshire
Lot 4 - Greater London
Lot 5 - West Midlands
Lot 6 - National Coverage

Contractors applying for Lot 6 will NOT be eligible to apply for any of the 5 core regional lots, however, the successful Contractors will be eligible to be invited into the selection processes for these Lots, either by mini competition or direct selection in line with the Framework Agreement.
