II.2.4) Description of procurement: This ITT is to support selection of a single delivery partner to support an implementation programme, provide ongoing application support and then agree a framework agreement to support engagement on future SVoC projects.
We are therefore procuring:
1.SVoC Platform Project
This is seen as a delivery project across up to 6 iterations delivering the core SVoC Data Store technology on Azure, key Tate system integrations, and building out the analysis (R Studio) and reporting (Power BI).
2.Ongoing 24/7 application support
Application support services for the production SVoC solution. Providing resource and SLA to cover in live operational issues. This would include definition project to setup the support and then the operation.
3.Framework agreement based on a fixed rate card
A commercial framework agreement, pre agreed, to support Tate engaging the supplier in future projects related to Data at Tate following the successful delivery of item 1.
