      The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) plans to procure a new Delivery Partner Panel framework (DPP3) and seeking to engage with the market before commencing the procurement. This PIN notice is issued to provide prior warning and to gain views from other public sector bodies, house building developers and contractors on the form and nature of the new framework. Interested parties are invited to respond to a survey questionnaire, details of which can be obtained via https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/89BL27X.
The HCA has an existing framework which is due to expire on 31 March 2017. It is the HCA's intention to commence the procurement of the replacement framework in early October 2016.
Please note that the framework will be for use in England only. There is no NUTS code for England only and therefore the UK wide NUTS code has been used the best fit.

      It is envisaged that the DPP3 framework will be split into more than 1 geographic lot. The number of lots is one of the topics in the survey questionnaire. The existing DPP2 framework is split into 4 geographic lots across England. It is envisaged that the framework will be made available to other public bodies, details of which will be established in the Contract Notice.
