Office space will be provided alongside our Residential Team to facilitate the management within our Management Office located on site. NHH will grant leases directly to all tenants on all units and receive a regular income from these lettings. We are offering a 5 year management contract initially and the pricing should reflect the phasing and delivery dates of all units,. It is likely this will incorporate including further units delivered in Phase 2 of GEQ
