The successful tenderers will be economic operators who have the technical and professional ability relevant to the Council’s requirements, systems, processes and human resources in place to be able to supply to the Council appropriately qualified and experienced social care and children’s residential workers to cover periods of sickness, long term absence, or unplanned shortfall in its internal resource levels, where there are pressures on service levels during peak periods of demand or where the recruitment process is delayed. These Assignments will contribute to the Council delivering its strategic objectives, ensure continued delivery of its services and meeting its statutory obligations.
