ARBOR is 50% funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Interreg IVb NWE Programme, the remaining 50% match-funding is provided by the thirteen partners.
As part of ARBOR, the City Council has sought to establish a closed-loop biomass supply chain within the City and therefore wishes to retain the biomass material generated through the provision of this service.
