This opportunity was for a single use occupier to restore and convert the existing listed buildings to provide a use compatible with local planning policy, with no enabling development. From the outset it was highlighted that if no viable single use proposals are made, the site will be remarketed and will seek a development partner who can restore and convert the listed buildings on site with the minimum necessary Enabling Development to achieve beneficial use of the listed buildings. The closing date for submissions was 27 November 2015. No submissions were received. The remarketing including enabling development will commence shortly, via a new Contract Notice in early December 2015.
