The successful contractor will supply all the materials, plant, equipment and labour necessary to complete the Package Orders / Work Packages. (Each Project can range from £30K – £500K) The next 3 years programme can be subject to change by Bristol City Council.

The framework will contain up to four contractors per Lot who will be ranked by tenderer’s evaluation score. Contractors will only be selected for Lot 1 or Lot 2, not both. The rationale behind Bristol City Council’s lotting strategy is to reduce its risk of contractors failing to resource and deliver the essential annual cyclical external maintenance and painting programme.
For Lot 3, The project for Castlegate House will be offered to the highest ranked Contractor. The top 4 Contractors will all be selected for Lot 3 and will be invited to tender on future projects within this framework and subsequent work will be offered to the Contractor with the highest ranked evaluation score.
Membership of the Framework is NO GUARANTEE of any work/orders from either the Council or its main contractors and / or contracts for any Lots for which any successful Contractor(s) has submitted a tender.
Bristol City Council has reserved the right to procure similar work through either another individual contract, framework agreement or any other arrangement.
