Works will be undertaken on predominately residential properties as part of our annual city wide repairs & maintenance programmes.Works will include but not limited to:•The replacement of existing fascias, soffits & bargeboard with new PVCu roofline products.•The Installation of eaves protection/ventilation systems.•The replacement of guttering & downpipes •The replacement of external cladding systems with new PVCu products.
