Ordnance Survey publishes over 1,200 paper map titles, and requires warehousing and fulfilment for these products as well as point of sale material and other partner products. On average around 900,000 maps and point of sale material are held in the bulk storage and pick face. In the last financial year 2013-14 over 1.7 million products were despatched to retailers and wholesalers plus internet fulfilment direct to consumers.
