Notice type: Competitive Contract Notice
Authority: London Borough of Barnet
Nature of contract: Not applicable

Short Description: The London Borough of Barnet (LBB) is upgrading study spaces in Finchley Church End Library and Colindale Library after securing Section 106 money for the project. Our project is the targeted refurbishment of study spaces in both Finchley Church End Library and Colindale Library. These are some of our busiest and larger libraries within our network and with heavy demand on study spaces. We want to improve their functionality in a way that still allows other users to enjoy the library. We also want to move towards becoming a Dementia Friendly Venue and need to make sure that all customers can navigate the space easily, so designing out the potential trip hazard from trailing wires and displaced furniture will be important.
