The services for the provision of Mechanical & Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance are mainly but not be limited to: Planned maintenance of mechanical & electrical services, Statutory Maintenance, Operation and maintenance of specialist building systems, plant and equipment, L8 water system compliance, small works and project support, Stores and consumables management including critical spares.
