3. Explanation
This is an urgent requirement to seek fire safety advice to reduce and or mitigate the risks identified in stage 1 of this document. The scope of services sits outside of the Peabody framework for fire engineering services and procurement are in early discussion jointly with the fire and electrical teams to consider setting up a compliant framework for multidisciplinary fire safety specific requirements within Property Services. The value of this contract is below the current threshold for services (Services threshold is £213,477) this does not exceed the Public Contracts Regulations Threshold. This waiver is not in breach of the Public Contract Regulations.
