Any resulting contract will be subject to the attached University of Liverpool Terms and Conditions. The licences will allow the University of Liverpool to continue to use the SAP Business Objects software which is fundamental to the university’s institutional reporting. The UoL is seeking to appoint the contract to 1 successful bidder and will enter into an agreement based on the terms and conditions as stated within Document H (the Contract). For the successful tenderer the resulting contract will be for 3 years. The term may be extended annually for a further two years (in one-year increments) at the sole discretion of the University.
