ForHousing is awarding a contract as set out above. The scope of the contract, with anticipated annual values, is: Responsive Repairs (£19.3m); Void Property Repairs and Refurbishments (£5.0m); Grounds Maintenance (£1.7m), and Other Works (£4.0m). The contract will be called off using the Direct Award mechanism under the Framework to Liberty. This is compliant with the Framework as: (1) the services are clearly and adequately described in Schedule 1 of the Framework Agreement, (2) the Supplier’s Prices can be applied to the services required (3) the contract terms are appropriate (4) the contract can be concluded with no further substantive information required from Suppliers. ForHousing Limited is not required to publish a call for competition in the Find a Tender Service for the proposed call-off contract on the basis that this contract is being awarded pursuant to the Procurement For Housing framework. ForHousing Limited and Procurement For Housing are satisfied that the proposed call-off contract is being awarded in compliance with the framework agreement and in accordance with its terms. As such, the proposed call-off contract is permitted under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "PCR") and complies with the rules re. awarding contracts based on framework agreements as set out in regulation 33(8)(a) of the PCR. Prior publication of a Contract Notice is therefore not needed.
